HSC Study Conferences 2009 Escape the Clutter
about What are they? HSC Study Conferences are week-long study programs designed to help you get into good routines of studying for your exams and help you think through the HSC, life and beyond. Conferences are residential and are held at quality conference centres throughout the State. All meals and accommodation is included, allowing you to focus on your preparation. Ultimately the supervised study sessions are the major benefit of these conferences, removing distractions and allowing good routines to be established. Tutors are available to ensure you are working towards your goals and to provide assistance in many subjects. The conferences involve a daily presentation from the Bible along with discussion groups to allow you to examine the claims of Jesus Christ. The conferences are open to all students currently in Year 12, to help you study without distractions, to help you become motivated and to help you consider that there’s more to life than just the HSC.
Who are the tutors? A team of volunteer Bible-believing Christians tutors run each conference as a not-for profit service. The conferences are a co-operative effort across the wider Christian community and involve tutors from many different churches and denominations.
