A plan was hatched many moons ago from childhood memories of long, dusty journeys through the bright, colourful wilderness of the Punjab. Of roadside street food vendors selling easy-to-eat foods bursting with flavour from every mouthful. When arriving at what can only be described as a tin shack propped up by mango trees at the side of the road, Papadom founder Sanjeev stumbled upon something that would become a lifelong passion - the art of Punjabi roadside food. Housed in simple
surroundings, with only a buckled plastic Coca-Cola chair to balance on, and surrounded by flamboyant truck drivers on their scheduled stops, they began our first taste exploration. Papadoms brings all this colourful, vibrant and utterly delicious food to your doorstep. Taste the strong street food flavours in your own traditional tiffin in which you get to pick ’n’ mix pakoras, curries, sabji, paroteh and wash it down with our own specially brewed IPA or any one of our amazing cocktails to create a real Punjabi food fest.
