L I V I N G A VA LU E S-B A S E D L I F E Defining your core life values is the first step to unlocking your potential. Values are the things that are significant in the way we live and work. They are influenced by our past, our family, childhood, education, experiences, culture, successes and challenges. They are our priorities and core beliefs are what we know to be important. Our values are key to determining what success really means to us as an individual. What success looks like, in our everyday. We are often told that success is a particular car, house, title, salary, but when we stop and ask ourselves what success looks and feels like, it is often something very different. Success looks like a life that is in alignment with our core values, giving us a sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Once we are clear on what our core life values are we can start to guide our life choices by them. We can identify with them, as opposed to our job, title, social status, car, house and partner etc. Our life purpose is grounded in our values. When we identify what our core values are and commit to live them every day, in all aspects of our life, our potential is limitless.

Values determine our actions and move us Living true to your values is the most toward reaching our full potential. When powerful way to live a meaningful and our actions are not aligned with our values, authentic life. when what we do each day challenges those values, that is when we feel stress and tension in our life. When considering what your core values are start by considering: – Who are you at your core? – What has defined you as a person? – What have you achieved? – Where do you spend your time? –W hat do you love to do, what could you do for hours on end? – What is important to you? –W hen have you felt a sense of peace, flow, clarity, ease in the past? What were you doing? Who were you with? What were you hearing, seeing, sensing?
