Vulcan Ball Shells Vulcan Brand Ball Shells are premium quality display shells produced with the discriminating show designer in mind. The shells are specifically manufactured to produce a full dense pattern of stars with excellent colour saturation and a clean, long burning star duration. Colour change effects are crisp, precise and never appear thin or weak. The construction techniques employed produce a superior shell in terms of reliability and safety that is apparent in the consistent launch to burst timings and the extremely uniform break patterns, show after show. Quite simply, Cylinder Shells are the best method of delivering insert effects such as Tourbillon, Twisters and Whistles into the air when compared to Ball Shells. Vulcan Cylinder Shells employ a stacked double ring of inserts in most of the shells for maximum payload and visual impact per shell calibre. mortar display rack cakes system A revolutionary galvanized steel mortar rack system for display shells.This self supporting mortar rack system is easy to set up, position and stabilize in a matter of minutes. No more need for tools, nails and wood! Een revolutie op het gebied van het afsteken van display shells. Deze self-supporting mortier rekken maken het plaatsen en stabiliseren van mortierrekken eenvoudiger dan ooit. Er komt geen gereedschap, houtwerk, spijkers of spanband aan te pas om deze mortierrekken snel en stabiel op elk terrein te plaatsen. Binnen enkele minuten staat alles in de gewenste schietrichting opgesteld en kunt u aanvangen met het laden en monteren van de mortieren. Just add guide rails to your existing mortar racks and they are ready to go! No need to buy new wooden racks you can simply add the guide rails to your existing wooden racks. (see picture) U laat uw mortierbakken voorzien van zijprofielen van bovenaf over de revetten zakken en u bent klaar. De revetten zijn op gelijke afstand van elkaar aan twee zijden op de zijpanelen gelast, op die manier is een zijpaneel multifunctioneel en ruimtebesparend te schakelen. (zie foto).

The connectors which are welded onto the frames are positioned opposite on both sides of the frames so multiple frames can be connected.The lower bar on the frame has more connectors compared to the top bar enabling an angled setup of the mortar racks. The guide rails standard length is 45 cm or 60 cm. The frames are supplied in any requested dimensions. Indien gewenst plaatst u eenvoudig de mortierrekken in gelijke schuinstand. Vulcan has different parts witch you can use to create your own Finale and Flight Chains all equipped with Fire Transfer Connectors (E-Link). These parts are a Delay time fuse, leaders (without delay) and leaders with one connection (without delay).
