The inspiration behind the collection The season started with weeks of travelling, looking for inspiration from vintage treasures. First a road trip through California, then Texas and Miami. Next stop, Bangkok and Vietnam, then back to Europe to Paris, Milan and London. On our travels we were influenced by the colours, prints and textures that we saw, all of which have played a part in the design of the collections.

We started sketching, studying the photographs from the trip, admiring a trim on a 1950s scarf or the shade of blue note paper from the hotel, and the collection began to take shape. The final destination was Italy for the shoot you see here. The elegance of the 50s and 60s influence on the collection and a recent holiday to the area drew us to the Amalfi Coast, for its enthralling beauty. Last stop, Sorrento in an Alpha Romeo.
