Alicia’s Braids Signature Hairstyle!
Woo hoo! It's another boy for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz! The singer gave birth to a son, who they creatively named Genesis Ali Dean.
NEVER before has the bum been so big! (Caution, puns ahead.) In a rearguard action, the derrière has come from behind to twerk itself into the spotlight, bumping size 0 right off the ideal-body-image stage. Everywhere you look, it's All About That Bass, as the Meghan Trainor anthem attests. The world loves big butts and we cannot lie. Last year, the internet lost its collective mind when bootyliciously bottomed Beyoncé proudly shared a curvaceous selfie (she was wearing a body shirt). The caption read: “99 problems, but my ass ain't one”.

“Pitchy Stripper” Tweet: “I Never Said Miley Cyrus!” Posted Saturday March 7,
Kim Kardashian Reveals Yet Another Hair Color Transformation: From Platinum Blonde to White! Never satisfied! After shocking fans with her new platinum blonde looks on Thursday, March 5, Kim Kardashian took it a step further on Saturday, March 7, dyeing her hair.
Stepping out for some promotional duties, Kelly Clarkson paid a visit to “Watch What Happens Live” to chat with Andy Cohen on Thursday night (March 5). And of course, the “Breakaway” babe wound up playing the Plead the Fifth game during which Cohen asked her if she'd still describe Miley Cyrus as a “Pitchy Stripper,” referring to her tweet during the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards when Cyrus sang “Blurred Lines” with Robin Thicke. Kelly blurted out, “I never said Miley Cyrus! The fact that I said and tweeted 'pitchy stripper' and people thought Miley Cyrus is not my problem.” She also discussed Justin Guarini's claims that they had a fling- “We did date a little bit. I think any two people who are thrown together that much [would date]. You're a guy, girl. I'm just sayin'.”

What does being Miss Soweto mean to you Being Miss Soweto means that I have a voice for my ideas in my community. I have the platform to grow and to share my thoughts. I am humbled by the opportunity that has been bestowed on me because I not only have become aware of my strength but its become a realistic duty that I need to fore fill. It is still hard to believe that I am a winner.

What is your duty as miss Soweto To start initiatives and ensure that they are successful. In my reign this year will be a focus on sports initiatives for high school students. What do you Enjoy about being Miss Soweto It has literally been one month since i was crowned and although I would like to say that much hasn’t happened, I have been exposed to a wide network of people that I can share ideas with and who are willing to groom me. What is Beauty to you Beauty is more than an image . It’s having a very strong belief system and attitude that’s positive about yourself. Its being confident about your flaws and constantly wanting to improve your inner soul. If you could change something in this country right now what would it be It would be a focus on sports development. I feel there are certain sports that are neglected in certain communities and in broader sense it still impacts racial inequalities.

Reasons are: It looks cool without any question, keeps you free from much maintenance, and if you’re a man with less spare time, it saves you from visiting the salon time to time. #2 Going Fade by what we mean having a faded cut on chosen sides of your head is certainly another cool option available. To get an additional amount of appeal, go for some designs or styles that you think look cool over the faded region. #3 Mohawk Hairstyle Is a trendy haircut and works for most men.

Miss Gauteng 2015
“Charity work and social responsibility is what motivated me:,
am a proud to say I was born and raised in the beautiful Jacaranda City. My dream has always been to help people, but the way in which I envisaged doing so has changed over the years. At rst I wanted to serve in the military when I was a little girl around 5 years of age, then I wanted to become a human rights lawyer in high school and now I am a student at the University of Pretoria studying psychology and sociology. I loved to watch the Miss World & Miss Universe pageants growing up but I never thought that I would pursue pageantry or modeling. Two years ago a friend of mine asked if I didn't want to give pageantry and modelling a try as it would give me a platform to broaden my charity work and to be part of larger projects and initiatives. I found the idea very appealing and entered my rst pageant based on her guidance and recommendations!
I
The charity work and social responsibility focus the Miss Gauteng title promotes is what motivated me to enter. I am passionate about the care and protection of vulnerable babies and children, especially abandoned premature babies and children living in squatter camps. It was a wonderful experience for me as everything was well organized and ran very smoothly. The other contestants were really friendly during the interview round and on the night of the nal. It is refreshing to be surrounded by people who share the same values of compassion and care for other people. It is a prestige competition and title. I was quite nervous on the day of the nal and didn't know what to expect. The standard was high as all the girls who competed were beautiful and experienced models. It was a mixture of unbelief and pure elation when my name was called! My lifestyle hasn't changed since being crowned. Personally I do not like a fuss, so I never diet, but instead eat a variety of normal nutritious foods. I allow myself occasional treats without feeling guilty. I swim, walk and gym to keep t. I feel any routine should be sustainable within a hectic schedule. With the prevalence of social media I see it as a primary responsibility of any public gure, especially in the beauty industry, to be a healthy role model to young girls and hopefully an inspiration to everyone, irrespective of age or gender.
FHB MAGAZINE
“ If people can't relate to you, your sphere of influence will be very limited. I prefer to stay real”. What's your secret on hair & beauty... My secret is to keep it simple. I believe in natural beauty and to celebrate yourself. I don't wear too much makeup in everyday life to allow my skin to breathe. I cleanse, tone and moisturize twice daily and also use serums and masks to hydrate and protect my skin from our harsh African climate. The same with my hair, I try to limit the occasional highlights to a minimum and I use a heat protection spray before drying or styling my hair. I also love using a hair mask once a week to moisturise my hair and to keep it in good condition. The other secret to beauty I would say is to be comfortable with what you wear and to know which colours suit you. What would like our readers to know about. I believe being beautiful and well groomed is within everyone's reach. If you nd yourself cash-strapped, you can use natural ingredients to make effective facial and hair masks with ingredients such as avocado, bananas, strawberries and oatmeal to name only a few. The information is freely available online. Lastly, every girl and woman has their own unique beauty, expressed in the way you think, act, dress, love and laugh. Focus on the beauty in others and remember to be kind to yourself and to give yourself credit for the beauty that resides inside of you, too. Fusion Hair & Beauty Magazine

4 Ways to Get Hair Salon Customers Raving About You It's one thing to get hair salon customers, and quite another to build a base of raving fans. Doing the first costumer starts your business, and the second one expands and grows your company, faster than could imagine. But how do you go about creating a cultural company where your customers are not only recommending you, but are your most ardent evangelists?
After Eight Beauty Salon
We've found 5 great ways to turn your hair salon customer base into the factor employees! 4 Tips for getting hair salon customers to rave about your brand! Deliver awesome value – Nothing says more about you than the quality of products and services you deliver, along with the way you deliver them. People are almost pre-conditioned now to expect mediocrity, so that when something truly wonderful comes along, they are able to tell the known world all about it. These days that can be a very useful boost, as a positive Tweet or Facebook post can send a horde of interested folks your way pronto! Reach out to your best customers – Identify your best customers and look for ways to reach out to them. This can pay off in several ways. Talking to them helps you understand what it is customers like about your products and services, as well as what they might like to see. Also, think of ways you can cross promote them as well. Featuring their business in a blog post or video can be beneficial for both of you. Ask for and reward reviews –Reviews are like gold these days, as more and more people seek recommendations online before seeking out your services. Be sure and ask your customers for help here, and don't be shy about rewarding them. Attempt to do this post-review, so there is no hint of you simply buying their review. Moreover, when customers receive an unexpected token of appreciation from you, will further endear you in their eyes. Deal with problems like a Rockstar! – Monitor the buzz about your company and products in social media, and get ahead of the curve when it comes to dealing with dissatisfied customers. Be open, honest, and proactive when you discover an issue. If your product or service just isn't a good fit for them, offer an alternative that would be better. You'll have created a raving fan for life, and don't think they won't spread the word! Fusion Hair & Beauty Magazine

Watch Your Customers -What does it say if a customer says they love their new look, but you never see them again? Some people are hesitant to voice their opinion, so you have to watch them close. If their body language is telling you something, or their facial expressions look concerned or disappointed, politely offer something a little different at a Reasonable Price Think about turning your hair salon into a whole beauty salon. Look into offering ear piercing, manicures, or pedicures. Also, be certain you cover all hair bases by offering cuts, perms, washes, rinses, curlers and dyes. Wear Black - It's a strange fact the hair salon customers feel more comfortable when their stylist wears black. Perhaps, on some psychological level, it helps to neutralize their apprehensions. Whatever the reason, it works. Keep Up Shop - Your customers are looking for a warm, inviting, professional salon – it's up to you to provide that. DÊcor, cleanliness and maintenance must all work together to put your clientele at ease the moment they enter your hair salon.

We love good beauty tips, so we've rounded up our best get-gorgeous tricks in one spot. Whether you want to learn how to create the perfect wavy hair or brush up on your smoky eye technique, you'll find beauty tips galore to help you get pretty from head to toe. How to Get Long Hair ASAP Pixie cuts, bobs and shoulder
length hair can perfectly frame a face, but when it comes time to grow out strands for a new style, the wait can be a long one. Forget marking days off the calendar for a Rapunzel inspired mane. Read on for how to get long hair, sans extensions. An Owner's Guide to Naturally Wavy Hair: If you have naturally wavy hair, then you know that sometimes your texture feels like a curse. Wavy hair isn't as wash-and-go as straight strands, and lacks the bounce that curls have. But even though getting there may take a little extra work, waves can look shiny and gorgeous… as long as you know how to style them.
The Right Bangs for Your Face Shape
We've all seen our favorite celebrities rocking some serious bangs on the red carpet and on magazine covers. But becoming a fringe convert means finding the right style of bangs for your face shape, and for your lifestyle.

Jaden Smith was born on July 8, 1998 in Malibu, California well known as Jaden Christopher Syre Smith. Jaden Smith made his movie debut in the 2006 drama The Pursuit of Happyness (2006), playing the son of his real-life father, actor Will Smith. HAIRSTYLES
AFRO HAIRSTYLES Afros have been around for a long time. The afro was “must have” in the 70's and early 80’s. The afro temp fade is a very popular haircut amongst black men. It’s also considered a haircut that not many barbers can cut well.
Make sure to wash and blowdry the afro atleast once a week to keep the afro from getting too kinky. If you want the afro to stand out pretty good, just add a little spritz to it after you wash it and then blow dry it. You will be amazed of the difference the spritz will do to the afro.
It is not a difcult haircut if you have the right guards and shears. A good technique is helpful too. Afro hair care for men is needed if you expect to keep a nice healthy looking afro.
BLACK MEN AFRO HAIR STYLES Years ago a natural afro hair style was the style, it was basically a natural looking afro with a natural hairline. These days black men are wearing the afro temp fade with a very neat and
