Swansea’s Hafod Morfa Copperworks site, once the world’s largest copperworks site during the 19-20th century, was at the forefront of global copper smelting. As part of the city regeneration masterplan, the currently ruined grade II listed building on the site will undergo restoration, transforming it into an exciting visitor attraction for Penderyn Whisky. This revitalization initiative aims to revive the site’s productivity and foster innovation, bringing it back to life as a thriving and innovative visitor destination.

- Produced landscape set-out drawings

- Revised floor plan, elevation, and section

- Amended technical details based on mark-ups

- Updated visualisations to reflect design changes

- Contacted manufacturers to create material mood board and digital colour board
