Honoring America at Every Age

Aperfect bookend to the cover photo of our high school boys kneeling to honor our Armed Forced, is this image of our elementary boys also honoring America.

Leti Eguia, an instructional assistant at Liberty Hill Elementary couldn't help but capture this photo of Blake, Dusty, and Johnavon. The boys were playing on the swing when the National Anthem began to play. They stopped their play, got off the swings and stood with hands over hearts while the song played.

Leti says, "It was a very proud moment. They showed so much respect, without a thought to having been interrupted in their play."

Moments like these continue to give us chills and make us proud to be a part of the community and values of Liberty Hill. As well, we are pleased to see the patriotism of the next generation in this single gesture.
