The splash pad is open now through October 31 from 8am to 7:30pm, weather permitting. The park is open April 1-September 30, 8am to 8pm, and October 1-March 31, 8am to 6pm. From a splash pad and playscape to a miniature train, Southwestern Regional Park is a kid’s paradise. Families can enjoy the sports fields, tennis and basketball courts, playscape, hike and bike trail, picnic areas, and pavilions. The Cedar Park Railroad miniature train takes passengers on a scenic 1.4-mile ride through the fields and forests of the park. Train tickets are $2.50 each. The Quarry Splash Pad is open 10am to 6pm Wednesday to Sunday, and the park is open 7:30am to 10pm daily at 3005 County Road 175 in Leander. QUARRY SPLASH PAD • LEAN D E R

R O The perfect summer getaway, Rock’N River Water Park features swimming pools, a splash pad, lazy river, snacks, and a bar. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for adults ages 50 and over, $10 for children ages 2-17, and $5 for kids ages 2 and under. Rock’N River Water Park is open daily noon to 7pm except Wednesdays and is located at 800 Harrell Parkway in Old Settlers Park near the Dell Diamond in Round Rock. Early arrival is recommended as online tickets do not guarantee admission once the park reaches maximum capacity.
