Marching to Magic the Beat of

This year, the Jarrell High School Band spent their spring break in Orlando, Florida and performed at the most magical place on Earth. Walt Disney World invited the band and color guard to perform in one of their daily parades and dubbed them all cast members for the day. High School Band Director Scott Lanham said although a trip like this takes a tremendous amount of planning and fundraising, all 85 students enjoyed their time together outside of school and unanimously agreed the fireworks show was the icing on the cake. It was a trip that rewarded the students’ hard work throughout the year while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
