PROJECT DESCRIPTION Fieldstone A&E transformed a vacant storefront into a bright, fresh home for Que’s demonstration kitchen, vegan cafe and video productions. The display kitchen and with bar seating are the focus of the space, but retail fixturing is integrated to accommodate branded merchandise. A full commercial kitchen behind the scenes can prepare the demonstrations and support outside catering. The complimentary materials, attractive lighting, and colors bring this project to life and enhance the Cooking with Que brand.

BLOSSOM MILLS ROCHESTER, MI

PROJECT SPECS • 243,000 sq. ft. of living area • 9,900 sq. ft. penthouse common area • 41,400 sq. ft. Underground parking

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Blossom Mills will offer luxury senior living. The 6-story, 137-unit residential structure includes a lower-level parking garage, hotellike ground floor amenities, and a rooftop penthouse with a sky bar, spa, swimming pool and open-air terraces that overlook the city of Rochester and the surrounding hills. The building design was rendered by Fieldstone A&E.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Fieldstone A&E designed this new corporate space for a technology/software company. It involves a hybrid of warehouse, office, research-development and showroom spaces. We listened to our client’s needs and goals. This allowed us to design the office with growth in mind, so the headquarters has flexible space to accommodate new employees in the coming years.

PROJECT SPECS • Corporate Headquarters • 11,000 Sq. Ft. Under Roof

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The design of this space is modern and sleek. Its neutral color palette combines dark, espresso-stained wood surfaces with granite and polished metal accents in conjunction with touches of Fieldstone’s corporate blue color to create a warm, invigorating environment. Custom abstract artworks enhance and accessorize each space and give character to the office environment.

PROJECT SPECS • Local Mediterranean Restaurant

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The owners were seeking an efficient, fastpaced restaurant with a Mediterranean visual appeal. While working with the owners, our project manager Joe Caine was able to develop a layout that would save the owners time and money from an operational standpoint while matching the cultural appeal of their brand.

PROJECT SPECS • Hotel/Commercial Mixed-Use • Conceptual 3D Rendering

PROJECT DESCRIPTION This new mixed-use hotel and commercial development addresses the street level with artfully scaled commercial space, hotel lobby entry ways and parking garage entry. The upper levels house a mix of hotel and related hospitality use spaces and some residential. The building design was rendered by Fieldstone A&E.
