This LEED Certified home in Tampa Florida has been in the press for its custom design and forward thinking. The home exemplifies the best in GREEN living possibilities for a family home. With an open floor plan based around two existing oak trees, the configuration of the rooms creates a variety of spaces for different family activities. The large kitchen looks out to the Xeriscape yard and the home office is a glass walled library complete with book ladders. The entry tower clerestory windows allow natural light to cascade downwards into all rooms both on the first and second floors.
