To order TELL US YOUR LOCATIONS • We just need a deposit of $50 to start the design process. • As additions to streets can cause the entire map to have to be completely redrawn, we appreciate if you could provide all the streets necessary for your map.
INITIAL SKETCH • We will email you initial sketch (black and white only) of the map in 3-4 days to make sure all of the locations are correct. • Please email us any invitation draft, picture, and colour scheme, so we can match the map to your invitations set better.
DRAFT AND PROOFING • Once the sketch is approved, we will work on the map with the relevant icons and colour . • We will email the initial map design in 3-4 days back to you for feedback, • We recommend that you make as many changes as you can in the first round, and suggest minor adjustments in the second and third round. • After the third round of changes, there will be a fee of $20 per additional round of changes needed. • Please list all your adjustments in one email to make sure we cover all of them

TURNAROUND TIME • Please allow 2-3 business days for changes to your proofs. • Please keep in mind we will make any required changes but these adjustments take time. The more changes you make, the longer the turnaround time becomes.
FINAL PAYMENT • Once the proof is approved, we will require the full balance to be paid. • We will then email you a print ready, press quality PDF files. • The PDF file is non editable (for print only). • There will be small Kanna trademark (@kanna.com.au)at the corner of your map. • We will adjust the placement of the trademark so it won’t interfere with the look of your map.
