The annual Fiesta Bowl Spring Summit again hosted Path to the Summit, created in 2021 to promote and assist college athletics leaders and coaches from underrepresented groups in their career journeys. This event featured assistant football coaches and athletic administrators interacting with each other, participating in panels with industry leaders, learning career development advice and meeting with search firms. This experience provided attendees the opportunity to take part in networking, Q&A sessions and a backpack stuffing community service project.

Path to Summit is and will continue to be extremely impactful for minorities and I am really grateful for your leadership to have this. The panelists were extraordinary and gave great insight to the climate of our industry. The organization, care and hospitality were unmatched.
