Who are we...

Fifteen is a restaurant group that uses the magic of food to give unemployed young people a chance to have a better future. Founded by Jamie Oliver in 2002, Fifteen London is the flagship restaurant and training ground for young apprentice chefs. Two other locations have followed the same inspirational model: Fifteen Amsterdam and Fifteen Cornwall. Each restaurant redirects its profits into individual registered charities. The money raised funds unique apprentice programmes, in order to train the next generation of professional chefs.

Who are we...

Fifteen’s Apprentice Programme is part of a charity called the The Jamie Oliver Foundation (no.1094536). Its mission is to educate and empower people through food. This is achieved through teaching, training and employment, and also by making good clear information available to as many people as possible.

Under the Foundation there are two other charity activities: 1. Jamie’s ‘Feed Me Better’ School Dinners campaign 2. Jamie’s Ministry of Food The charity also aims to set up a US-based subsidiary - the ‘Jamie Oliver Food Foundation’ - which will oversee a fourth activity called ‘Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution’.

Our Big Night...

Every year, Fifteen hosts an annual fundraiser called A Big Night Out with Jamie. Although pitched as a much-needed fundraiser for Fifteen’s Apprentice Programme, it’s a lighthearted and fun night out with scrumptious food, celebrity entertainment, live auctions (over 200 prizes) and a silent auction (including money-can’t-buy prizes such as a holiday to Necker Island).

"You can rely on Jamie's Big Night to be great fun. The food (as you'd expect) is always delicious and the entertainment is starry. It is a fabulous way for us to thank customers while at the same time raise money for a great cause.” Tom Weldon, Penguin UK. 5

How your sponsorship helps us...

Our wish is to create a best-in-class training opportunity and to reach more young people. Fundraising events such as A Big Night Out with Jamie help us to make this dream a reality.

The stats speak for themselves: •70% graduate from the programme. •90% of apprentices regard their time with Fifteen as a positive, indeed life changing experience. •For every £1 invested in Fifteen, £9.50 of social value is generated.

Quite simply, Fifteen needs help and support from everyone who believes what’s happening here is a good idea.
