Up and coming Kristian Niemi is no stranger to the culinary scene in Columbia as he’s brought Mr. Friendly’s, Gervais & Vine, Solstice, Rosso Trattoria, Bourbon, and Black Rooster all to our city. He’s branching out again this year and introducing us to The Dragon Room, which will focus on both Asian tapas and artisan cocktails. The restaurant will pull inspiring flavors, world-class recipes, and an inviting ambiance together in the Vista to create something Columbia has never seen before. It will be a place of community, connection, and outstanding local talent that all can enjoy!
