This family-owned farm grows their greens—kale greens, collard greens, mustard greens, and turnip greens—right down the road in Pelion, SC before harvesting, cleaning, packaging, and delivering to your local grocery store. Triplewashed, these greens are ready to cook and serve right out of the bag. You can add them to a dip, to a smoothie, or even a fun summer salsa. The options are endless!

COLLARD DIP
WHAT YOU NEED: 16oz Nature's Greens ® Collards 1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix 8oz size container sour cream
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise 1 cup Vidalia onions, chopped 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
WHAT YOU DO:
1. Pour collards into a pot and fill pot with enough water to cover the collards.
2. Bring water and collards to a full rolling boil. Lower heat to medium-high and cook for at least 20 minutes or until collards are of desired texture.
3. Once collards are cooked to desired texture, drain well and cool thoroughly.
4. Cut the cold collards into fine pieces.
5. In a medium bowl, combine the cut collards with remaining ingredients.
6. Cover and chill at least 2hrs to blend flavors. Serve with scoops.

CHIA, MANGO, GREEK YOGURT & GREENS SMOOTHIE
WHAT YOU NEED: 1 cup Nature’s Greens ® Kale 1/4 cup Chia seeds 1 large mango
1 cup Greek Yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 2 ice cubes
WHAT YOU DO: Grind Chia seeds in food processor. Peel, seed and slice mango. Combine Chia seeds, mango, yogurt, kale, honey and ice cubes in blender container. Blend until smooth.

ZESTY MUSTARD GREENS WATERMELON SALSA
WHAT YOU NEED: 1⁄2 medium cucumber, peeled & diced 1 tablespoon red onion, minced 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced 1 teaspoon diced jalapeño Juice from 1 fresh squeezed lime 1 cup cubed or balled seedless watermelon 1/2 cup Nature’s Greens ® Mustard Greens 1/4 cup avocado, diced
WHAT YOU DO: Toss cucumber, onion, cilantro and pepper in lime juice. Stir in watermelon and greens. Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with avocado just before serving.
