5900 Wilshire 2-6 PM
The "Green Zone," will be curated by CANLOVE, an art NPO that collects and turns discarded spray cans into works of art. At 5900 Wilshire, right on the lawn in front of the ‘Berlin Wall Monument’, there will be various workshops lead by eco-conscious artists sharing their work and participating with the public. The Jarritos Soda StreetTeam and DJ will be quenching thirsts and playing music from 2-6pm. Additionally, Internationally renowned Master Muralist and Grand Scale Artist, Kent Twitchell, will be painting live during the Public Art Green Zone. For more information, please visit :

ADOPTME I'm Graffitree, the tree that grew from graffiti. I stand over seventeen feet tall and I'm made of over three thousand discarded spray cans. It took a lot of love, dedication, and people to grow me. I'm up for adoption and I need a home where I can serve as a source of inspiration. I want people to see the b e a u t y o f r e c y c l i n g a n d l i v i n g consciously in me. I hope that when people see me they swell with pride and continue to do their part in cleaning up and caring for their own piece of the world. Adopting me is a beautiful way to reuse the discarded materials used by graffiti artists in any city. I thrive in public spaces and places where people gather. Please help me find the right new home.
