Step 1: FREE Consultation A one-to-one meeting to ﬁnd out the requirements of your school and pupils. We’ll complete a measured site survey, take photographs and talk you through the whole process.

Step 2: FREE Space Planning, Design and Quotation Taking on board the space you have and all your requirements we’ll plan out the area, give you design options and provide you with a quote.

Step 3: 2D and 3D Drawing Package* We’ll provide you with 2D and 3D Drawings so you can visualize how your ﬁnished space will look and make any adjustments required.

Step 4: Onsite Delivery and Placement On the day of delivery or installation, we’ll be on hand to supervise and ensure the products are delivered to the right room, placed in right the position and the project is delivered and completed to your satisfaction.

Step 5: Removal of Packaging When the project is complete we can take away all the packaging and even dispose of your old furniture.

MDF Edging

Helping you to choose the right furniture solution Choosing the right type of classroom or ofďŹ ce furniture can be daunting. Our guide will help you make the right choice for your school. It explains everything you need to know about furniture from MDF edging to powder coated frames.

Solid medium density ďŹ breboard (MDF) table tops. Finished with high pressure laminate and a bullnose, polished and lacquered edge.

Tables/Desks Frames Crushed Bent

Crushed bent classroom tables are manufactured by applying pressure to a length of steel to create a bend. Two bends will be put into one length of steel to create one pair of table legs. This process will be repeated to create a second pair and the two lengths will be welded together with joining cross rails.

Standard

Chair suitable for general use in most areas. Typical classroom chairs are injection moulded from polypropylene, a lightweight thermoplastic with a high impact resistance. Usually they can be stacked and some products feature ergonomic styling for added comfort. Some seating products, i.e. operator chairs are upholstered for extra comfort.

Fully Welded

A high impact and resilient textured polyurethane (PU) edge. This is sprayed onto the table edge to provide a durable table finish.

Trespa is the brand name of a type of high-pressure laminate. It is composed of Kraft paper with phenolic resin applied. This type of surface is generally used where resistance is required to chemicals, heat and water.

Fully welded classroom tables are manufactured by welding four straight lengths of steel (table legs) to the crossrails to create a fully welded table frame.

The covering used on table frames is called Epoxy powder. This is then heated to fuse into a protective layer. Solid laminate tops are ideal for longevity and used to add colour to any room setting.

Galt Tray Storage Units Galt wooden storage units which house the popular Gratnells tray. Each unit is now manufactured to the same GALT high standard for durability to wear and tear and the trays are stored in non-tilt tray runners. Manufactured from 18mm MFC in beech and mounted on solid plinth for stability. Each unit is sold complete with either colour or clear shallow trays and can also be purchased as a carcass only option with no trays but runners to hold the maximum amount of shallow trays. Easy Access Storage Units The Easy Access range is a great addition to any classroom and is suitable for all types of learning environments.
