PAOLO CUBADDA (Kuby), Italy - Illustrator, Storyboarder
Paolo Cubadda, also known as Kuby, is an artist with an extraordinary visual talent. Before being awarded 1° A-Tube award “THE GOLDEN ANIMATION FILM FESTIVAL” (300 international participants, In feature-length film section, BEST STORYBOARD ARTIST 2010) and becoming one of the best filmmaking project designers at present on the market, from 1991 to 1999 Paolo stubbornly tried to make his way into the comic book world. At the end of 1999 by chance he met the special effects supervisor of Finixtools, an American post-production company where his work left everybody speechless. He planned more than 250 shots for the digital special effects of the colossal movie “Vajont” (nowadays comparable to a production budgeted over 10 Mio Euro). In recent years he has worked for many prestigious clients such as: De Laurentis film, Ferrero, Lamborghini, De Agostini, Rai, Mondadori, Armando Testa, Leo Burnett, Mc Caann Erikson, Fiat, Whirlpool, Capitalia, Pioneer Investment.
