The monthly marketing strategy review is a chance to revisit every element of our combined strategy and to see whether there is anything that can be improved upon.

I join the dots between people and property. I learnt the ropes from a young age, assisting my mother with our family-owned lettings portfolio, first with end of tenancy cleans and later single-handedly running the business.

Since then, I've gained extensive experience in block and commercial management, as well as property development, having worked as a consultant for some of the largest developers in London.

Now running the East Hampshire and Petersfield branch of Fine & Country, I'm able to apply my 15 years of expertise, alongside my local knowledge, to secure sales for some of the most beautiful properties in the county.

And whilst organising glossy photography and well-dressed (and well-attended) open houses is undoubtedly a crucial part of my job, my priority is always to deliver a compassionate and honest service.

I have worked in the property sector since 2018, working as an underwriter and later as a regional account manager for a specialist lender, specifically in the Residential, Buy-To-Let, Commercial and Bridging space.

This involved assessing applicant and property suitability for the relevant products which gave me sight of the end to end process, but perhaps the most eye opening aspect of this role was the interaction with the Real Estate team and assessing valuations; As part of my role I would look through both short form and longer form valuation reports, including specialist reports such as damp and timber, asbestos etc., as well as looking at the impact that things such as construction types and planning and usage can have on the value of properties.
