CONCIERGE SERVICE

We find regular communication ensures your sale is as smooth as possible. We will call you at least once every two weeks and visit you in person every four weeks to review the strategy and make any changes we agree are required. The monthly marketing strategy meeting is a chance to review the marketing done to date, discuss feedback from potential buyers and agree the future marketing plan.

Powered by Just Move In, we’ll take care of all of the tedious administration that comes with moving in and out of a property, including council tax, water and sewerage, gas and electricity, broadband and media, phone, insurance, cleaning, removals and storage.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS AND PRE-QUALIFICATION All prospective buyers are accompanied on viewings by experienced, knowledgeable team members who are confident in promoting the benefits of your property and the local area. We financially qualify any interested party before passing an offer to you. In-house sales progression is carried out by our team and we will be on hand to assist at every stage, from offer to completion. OFFER HANDLING We ensure any offer is valid and any potential purchaser is fully motivated and qualified before we put an offer to you. All serious offers will be discussed with you in person with all the appropriate research done prior.

Steve heads up our Wetherby team and brings with him a wealth of experience in the industry. With over 15 years in the local estate agency business, Steve is knowledgeable and an expert in his local area. As Branch Manager, he is responsible for meeting with clients and providing a valuation, putting a marketing strategy in place with his team and overseeing the sales and office processes. He loves spending his leisure time with his family and enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, socialising and scuba diving.

James recently joined our Fine & Country team in Wetherby, from another part of our business and brings with him over 6 years’ experience in the property industry. James is passionate about property and enjoys speaking with clients and helping them with their moving journey. In his spare time James plays the bass guitar in a band and loves watching live music, going to the cinema and playing football

Angela has been working in the Estate Agency industry for over 13 years and brings a wealth of customer service and estate agency experience to our Fine & Country branch . Angela spent many years in our lettings branch and has recently joined our team; she particularly likes showing people around beautiful homes.
