There are three charming double bedrooms and an impressive family bathroom. The master bedroom is generous in size with dual aspect windows, wooden window shutters and exposed beams. The second large double bedroom has built in storage and the third double room has charming views of the rear garden. A staircase up from the main bedroom leads to two further rooms with vaulted ceilings, one window and could be used for many purposes.
The annexe has its own separate door into a part glass hall that can create a completely separate living area or join the main house via the kitchen. There is a large open plan room with kitchen/scullery to one end and lounge to the other end with patio doors spanning the rear of the room into the garden and glass windows down the other side facing the patio and entertaining area. The kitchen/scullery has ample storage and sink. This whole area makes a lovely living space either for the main house or as an annexe.
There are two double bedrooms and a shower room. Both rooms are a good size with charming views of the village, gardens and countryside.
The shower room has a shower, W.C., basin with additional storage units and airing cupboard and a Velux window.
The front garden is charming, formally designed with a stone wall boundary, stone paths, flower beds, mature shrubs and a Well with a water feature. The rear garden is private and secluded and has been designed into a story of areas. There is a delightful mix of lawns, trees, flower beds, gravel beds, patios, entertaining areas, and vegetable garden. Clare’s background is in finance, business development, sales and marketing . Over the years I have developed my own property portfolio and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property market. One of the areas that I specialize in is properties that have or are currently on the market and have not sold. Using a very energetic and proactive approach, combining years of marketing and sales skills I have an extremely successful track record with 4 out of 5 houses selling in under the average time. Best described as a highly motivated individual, who is determined, self-driven, highly organised and thrives under pressure. With excellent communication and negotiation skills I am a cheerful and outgoing character.
YOU CAN FOLLOW CLARE ON
I’ve found Clare to be not only utterly professional, but also honest, genuine and sincere. When the relatively straightforward sale of a modest detached home became a bit ‘problematic’, Clare stepped up and handled the whole thing in her usual cool, calm manner.
