Nel cuore della Puglia, tre giovani imprenditori, forti delle rispettive competenze professionali acquisite negli anni nel settore della produzione e commercializzazione delle finestre, identificano nel pvc la materia prima più innovativa per lanciare un’autentica sfida al mercato del serramento italiano allora in mano a prodotti come l’alluminio o legno. Dall’operosa manualità che crea il prodotto alla volontà di diffondere i valori dell’attenzione artigianale, attraverso la cura dei dettagli si investe in nuovi processi industriali e sull’avanguardia tecnologica. Ricerca e selezione delle materi prime, valorizzeranno al massimo gli sforzi di tutti i protagonisti di questa storia imprenditoriale. Il pensiero prende forma e diventa Azienda: nasce La “NURITH SRL”

In the heart of the Puglia region, three young entrepreneurs, each boasting their own professional skills acquired over the years in the field of production and sales of windows, believing in PVC as the most innovative raw material for the launch of an authentic challenge on the Italian market of window fittings, at that time dominated by aluminum or wood. From the hard-working manual skills that create the product to the desire to diffuse the values of artisan care for details, investments were made in new industrial and technologically advanced processes. Research into the quality of raw materials enhancing the efforts of all of the protagonists of this entrepreneurial story. A thought comes to life and becomes a Company: “NURITH SRL” is born

Il centro produttivo aziendale si perfeziona nelle dimensioni e nella capacità industriale: lo stabilimento di 240 mq si evolve in poco tempo in un’area di 600 mq in cui prendono vita prodotti dalle chiare identità legate alle molteplici esigenze dell’abitare: “la finestra passa dall’essere considerata un vuoto a perdere all’equilibrata espressione di funzionalità e design”. Un percorso concreto di tappe talvolta difficili ma anche di intuizioni e passione che portano la Nurith srl a sviluppare un piano decennale di espansione e di rafforzamento, che comporterà nel tempo la realizzazione di tre nuovi impianti su un’area totale di 37000 mq dotata di centri di lavoro automatici, impianti a controllo numerico ed un fervido centro interno di Ricerca e Sviluppo.

Questo è il volto nuovo di FINESTRENURITH oggi, uno spazio modernissimo in cui tradizione, innovazione e dinamismo professionale, danno vita ad un nuovo modo di immaginare progettare ed assemblare “la finestra” e questo anche grazie all’ingresso delle nuove generazioni in grado di garantire continuità oltre a innovazione dei processi aziendali.

The company production plant is improved in terms of its size and industrial capacity: the 240 sq.m. factory quickly develops into an area of 600 sq.m. in which products with a clear identity, connected with the numerous requirements of living, come to life: “the window goes from being considered as an empty space to be filled to the balanced expression of functionality and design”. A concrete route of steps, sometimes difficult but also of intuition and passion leading Nurith Srl to develop a ten year plan of expansion and reinforcement, resulting in time in the creation of three new plants over a total area of 37,000 sq.m fitted with automatic work centres, numerical control plants and a fervid internal Research and Development centre.

E’ un sistema che non prevede il telaio ma solo l’anta che si poggia a filo esterno del vano finestra, ancorandosi a muro con apposite cerniere. Risulta di semplice istallazione poichè non prevede particolari opere murarie.

Da un progetto di ricerca e sviluppo che FINESTRENURITH ha attuato in collaborazione con alcune università italiane nasce GELOSJA.

Il risultato è certamente un prodotto innovativo e rivoluzionario. GELOSJA, avendo la funzione denominata “frangisole”, impedisce l’ingresso del calore dei raggi solari fino all’80%. Questo sistema “frangisole” permette alla luce solare di illuminare gli ambienti schermandoli invece dal calore dei sui raggi, notevole quindi sarà il risparmio energetico ad esempio per la climatizzazione estiva. GELOSJA è integrabile nelle vecchie costruzioni grazie ai sistemi semplificati di montaggio e ad un ampia gamma di finiture disponibili, di facile pulizia e manutenzione. COME FUNZIONA L’AVVOLGIBILE GELOSJA? La particolare geometria del profilo consente la rotazione di un’asta sull’altra non necessitando di alcun meccanismo o congegno elettrico. Il tutto è comandato da un unico motore (inglobato nel rullo) che va scelto in base alle dimensioni (larghezza luce guide avvolgibili e altezza luce architettonica). E’ possibile scegliere tra tre tipi di telecomando in base alle esigenze oppure scegliere il comando a parete “touch”.

GELOSJA is born from research and development project that FINESTRENURITH has started in collaboration with some Italian universities. The result is a modern and revolutionary product. GELOSJA, called “sunshade” prevents the entrance of the warmth of sunrays up to 80%. This “sunshade” system allows the sunlight to illuminate the environments, protecting them from the heat of its rays, therefore resulting in important energy savings, for example for air conditioning in the summer. GELOSJA can be integrated into old constructions thanks to simplified assembly systems and a wide range of finishes available, easy to clean and easy to maintain.

Riproduce le modanature di una cornice in marmo o gesso, ma molto più leggera e funzionale e della finitura desiderata. Si monta e si smonta facilmente sui tre lati, adattandosi all’infisso o alla sezione muraria attraverso degli speciali adattatori. Fase 3

This is a special aluminium profile designed by NURITH to satisfy external finish requirements of the window area in a practical, elegant and economic manner. It reproduces the mouldings of a marble or chalk frame, but it is much lighter and more function and available in the desired finish. It is easy to fit and dismantle, adapting to the window or to the wall section using special adapters.

Utilizzi alternativi Alternative use Il pannello KONIK è assemblabile e personalizzabile in forme e misure, e si presta molto bene come rivestimento per elementi architettonici estremamente esposti alle intemprerie. Infatti, a differenza di altri materiali come legno o metallo, il pannello KONIK resiste alle radiazioni UV, umidità e salsedine, non necessita di trattamenti periodici di manutenzione ed assicura prestazioni che durano nel tempo, oltre che un notevole risparmio economico.

The KONIK panel can be assembled and personalised In different shapes and sizes, and is perfect for use as a cover panel for architectural elements that are exposed to weather conditions. In reality, unlike other materials such as wood or steel, the KONIK panel resists to UV radiations, humidity and salt, it does not require regular maintenance and guarantees long lasting performance as well as important savings.

CRITERI GENERALI DI ACCETTABILITA’

GENERAL ACCEPTABILITY CRITERIA

Descrivere i criteri di accettabilità di un prodotto risulta difficile in quanto lo stesso vive momenti diversi dal produttore all’utilizzatore finale. La complessità nelle variabili di difettosità, spesso soggettive, hanno portato all’impossibilità di normare questo aspetto.

Describing the criteria of acceptability of a product is difficult as it experiences different moments from the producer to the end user. The complexity in the often subjective variables of defects have led to the impossibility of regulating this aspect.

Considerato che la “microlesione” (tecnicamente definita “criccatura”) è una caratteristica naturale della vetroresina, che non pregiudica la struttura del pannello, il controllo qualitativo, dal punto di vista ottico di un pannello Konik posto in opera, salvo diversa normativa, viene così inteso: • posto il pannello verticalmente, posizionarsi frontalmente ad una distanza non inferiore a 2 metri; • prendere visione del pannello in condizioni di normale illuminazione diurna e senza irraggiamento solare diretto;

Considering that the “micro-injury” (technically called “cracking”) is a natural feature of the fiberglass, which does not affect the panel structure, the quality control, from the optical point of view of a Konik panel installed, unless otherwise required, is so understood: • place the panel vertically, position frontally at a distance of not less than 2 meters; • view the panel in normal daylight conditions and without direct sunlight;

L’eventuale presenza di: puntini, bollicine, graffi, microlesioni, corpi estranei o imperfezioni di sorta, non palesemente visibili in queste condizioni, non potrà essere considerata difetto.

The possible presence of: dots, bubbles, scratches, micro-cracks, foreign bodies or imperfections of any kind, not clearly visible under these conditions, can not be considered a defect.

La differente tonalità di colore tra la superficie del pannello ed il bordo perimetrale, così come eventuali imperfezioni di quest’ultimo, non possono costituire motivo di contestazione, in quanto le due sezioni sono composte da prodotti diversi con un grado di assorbimento non omogeneo del Correttore Konik.

The different shades of color between the surface of the panel and the perimeter edge, as well as any imperfections of the latter, can not constitute grounds for dispute, since the two sections are composed of different products with a non-homogeneous degree of absorption of the Corrector Konik.
