Mäkitalo combines the heart and passion of a small office with the competence and credibility of a large one. We will go deep into the details of your business while retaining the ability to look at it with the eyes of an outsider. We can see the big picture, with an eye for key themes and attention to even the tiniest details. We are formal when necessary, but otherwise frank and straightforward. We build peace but, should your interests so require, we love a good argument. We will do exactly what you expect us to do, in addition to surprising you with solutions that haven’t even crossed your mind. We do not consider preciseness and creativity to be opposites. We set ourselves to each task personally, without taking the issue personally.
Arbitration proceedings play an important role in our dispute resolution practice. In addition, our specialists have years of experience of not only all general courts, but also of special courts such as the Market Court and the Labour Court.
