A Conference overview About the Conference The 19th EAUC Annual Conference will be held on 24 – 25 March 2015 at the University of Leeds. It is brought to you by the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges (EAUC) – a membership organisation representing over 280 Educational and Company Members and over 3,700 key decision makers in the United Kingdom. The 2015 Conference will bring together over 370 attendees from every area of campus life from the tertiary education sector. Delegates include those responsible for environmental management, estates and facilities, finance and procurement as well as curriculum leaders and students. Aside from its exhibition, it will include keynotes, interactive workshops and a Conference Gala Dinner. This year’s Conference offers content by theme over the two Conference days offering you access to a broader range of delegates. However, due to the nature of sustainability, many of themes will overlap over the two days and the majority of attendees come to the whole Conference.

Workshop content

Day 1

Estates and Operations

Includes: Further Education Sustainability Summit

Day 2

Partnership and Engagement, Learning, Teaching and Research and Leadership and Governance

About the exhibition The Conference includes an exhibition hall where all catering and refreshments will take place to ensure high exposure. This event is your opportunity to make links with all the key players in the tertiary education sector. Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities We have several opportunities for organisations to partner with us in the running of this important Annual Conference. Aside from the standard exhibitor packages, why not enhance your company exposure with a sponsorship package designed to make an instant impact. We also offer sponsorship for specific elements of the Conference such as the two ‘exchange’ areas and refreshment breaks. If you’re looking to make a real impact, sponsor our Conference app or twitter wall – both new for 2015! What our 2014 Sponsors had to say… Headline sponsor

“The 2014 EAUC Annual Conference was definitely the place to be for higher and further education staff responsible for driving sustainability higher up the agenda. We were very impressed by the knowledge sharing, the quality of conversations and the enthusiasm of all attendees while discussing what progress they’ve made on their sustainability journeys. Together, we have a unique responsibility to make higher and further education sustainable and this Conference outlined some of the next right steps. We were proud to provide our support as Headline Sponsor.” Russ Avery, Marketing & Communications Manager

Support sponsors “Another successful EAUC event attended with plenty of interest in APT’s energy saving data centre solutions. We support the EAUC Conference as a lot of our work involves helping universities and colleges increase efficiency within data centres.” John Thompson, Sales Director “British Gas are proud to be supporters of the EAUC and its member organisations. We attended the annual conference for the first time this year and it was one of the best events we have attended. The event allowed us to understand the key issues for institutions on an environmental level and much more. We would definitely attend again.” Chris Barrass, Business Development Manager “As usual the EAUC hosted a very well organised event with plenty of delegates visiting our stand. In line with previous years we had some good early discussions with a variety of Colleges and Universities which we hope will develop into firm opportunities. The event is a must in our corporate calendar.” Cliff Woodhouse, PreContract Development Director “Interface proudly sponsor and attend the EAUC conferences as we find it is an ideal way to understand the needs and aspirations of the tertiary sector as well as building stronger collaborative relationships.” Valerie Pinder, Marketing Executive, Interface “As always, the EAUC provided excellent networking opportunities and informative and inspiring conference sessions. We look forward to attending again in 2015.” Leyla Stender, Client Relationship Manager
