LAKE BORUMBA ADVENTURE

H

ike through tranquil and luscious rainforests to isolated waterfalls, accessed by 4WD only roads. Spot blue kingfishers whilst on a canoe safari of Lake Borumba. Keeping an eye out for the elusive platypus whilst kayaking the local streams of the Noosa Outback. Connect with others through fireside yarns and meaningful conversations. On top of all that you will experience sleeping under the stars nestled up in a Double Deluxe swag. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at base camp or out on adventures. Hot showers and amenities are available at camp. If you feel like it’s time for a change then come clear your busy mind, unwind, recharge and soak in the natural beauty with us. Whether your an avid camper, hiking addict or someone new to the world of outdoor travel... This 4-day / 3-night nature immersion will leave you feeling recharged and appreciative of what the Sunshine Coast’s backyard has to offer.

Day 1: FRIDAY 2pm You’ll arrive at Borumba Campground We’ll set up camp. Enjoy a light afternoon tea whilst settling into your new peaceful surroundings. 6pm Welcome circle and campsite fire 7pm Dinner and refreshments


Day 3: SUNDAY 6am Breakfast, coffee & tea at camp 7am Canoe Safari We drive to the Lake Borumba dam for an enjoyable day of canoeing. You can paddle your morning away in the serene waters of the Noosa Outback. 12am Enjoy a waterside lunch 3pm Return to camp Enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the camp or go exploring in the lush creekside environment. 6pm Closing circle 7pm Dinner and refreshments

Day 2: SATURDAY 6am 7am 12am 3pm 7pm 7pm

Breakfast, coffee & tea at camp Morning bush walk Spend a leisurely morning at waterfalls and enjoy a swim. Lunch and refreshments Relax in a beautiful country town in the heart of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Return to camp Take the afternoon for some time to yourself in the surrounds or go kayaking in the creek. Dinner and refreshments Yarning Circle with YARN Australia

Day 4: MONDAY 6am 7am 11am

Breakfast, coffee & tea at camp Morning exploration Farewell to new friends You depart the campgound renewed and relaxed by your Noosa Outback adventure.
