DiBernardo Memorial Foundation Travels to Texas

On March 10-12, 2023, the Lt. Joseph P. Dibernardo Memorial Foundation visited the Woodlands Emergency Training Center, in Texas. Overthe three days, firefighters from around the country trained on various techniques, skills and safety in honorof Lt. Joseph Dibernardo, who was killed in the line of duty resulting from his injuries on “Black Sunday.” The Joey D Foundation raises money forfire departments around the country who need personal safety systems fortheirfirefighters, making sure that a tragedy like “Black Sunday” neverhappens again.
