On April 26, 2023, the Nanjemoy VolunteerFire Department responded to Bowie Road in Nanjemoy, Charles County, fora vehicle fire. Crews arrived to find an involved sedan. The fire was quickly knocked down without incident and no injuries were reported.

WaterWitch Handles Burn Barrell Mis-Use

On April 7, 2023, the WaterWitch VolunteerFire Company responded to McGlothlin Road in Conowingo, Cecil County, fora structure fire. The fire was called in by the homeowneraftera burn barrel was being used, which ignited nearby combustibles and spread into the garage. No injuries were reported.
