At the Monaco Yacht Show, Superyacht Holdings announced a revolutionary and unprecedented program in the yachting industry, allowing owners to enjoy the superyacht lifestyle and its benefits without the commitment, hassles, and expenses of full ownership. The industry's first "By the Stateroom" program distributes the owner- ship costs of the award-winning 110 million euros superyacht among fewer than 60 owners. The total cost for renting Victorious, after taxes, tips, and provisioning, is approximately 1.25 million euros per week. Superyacht Holdings expands the demo- graphic of superyacht clients by reducing the cost of usage to just 60,000 euros per week for its owners

It is not a timeshare; each ownership unit carries equity that can be sold at any time. Owners enjoy flexible usage and can reserve on any available date within the annual itinerary. They can use their points to invite friends and book multiple cabins simultaneously.

Sailing aboard Victorious is akin to staying in a luxury hotel, but with increased exclusivity, as everyone on board is either an owner or a direct guest of the owner.

The shared ownership program offers as much or as little interaction with other owners as desired and provides a significant networking opportunity. The purchase price per unit is 3 million euros, while the annual operating expenses per unit amount to 300,000 euros.

Each unit grants 10,000 points per year, allowing an owner to book an average of 5 weeks on board per year.

The annual operating expenses include premium meals, beverages, all amenities, onshore staff, yacht crew, fuel, maintenance, management, insurance, port fees, and a reserve fund. The Victorious is an impressive 85-meter (279 feet) AKYACHT built in 2021. Its interiors are designed by H2 Yacht Design with a crew-to-guest ratio exceeding 1:1.

It features 12 cabins, a 200 m2 (2,150 square feet) Ocean Lounge with a beach club, a heated pool, a steam room, a massage room, a gym, a beauty salon, as well as two folding balconies midship.

Additionally, it boasts 12 dining spaces, 6 bars, an indoor pool measuring 2.5m by 2.3m (18 feet by 7.5 feet), covering an area of 13m2 (135 square feet) with a counter-current system and water jets.

It can be filled with both seawater and freshwater, equipped with filtration and heating elements. Additionally, it features 2 Jacuzzis, 1 lounge with a fireplace, a wine cellar, and a humidor, 1 piano lounge, 1 cinema room, 1 helicopter pad, 2 tenders, and a range of water toys.
