ELCOME TO SANDY HILLS SIMMENTAL SALE first production sale. Over the last numerous years I have put together a set of cows I am very proud of. Some of these cattle go back to some of the original bulls of the industry, most of these genetics are very hard to come by now. The newer genetics being used just compliment the old genetics which makes for a diverse genetic base. Here at Sandy Hills culling is harsh and only the best make the cut, one of the main aspects I look for is cow longevity, in this part of the country these cows have to travel a good distance therefore feet and legs are a priority as well. Production and quality of course is also a major factor for the cow herd and the bull pen.

The bred heifers in this sale are just phenomenal, whether you are looking for Full Flecks or a purebred black female you will be happy. These heifers should all be staying at home but the best of the best are here today for your picking!! The heifer calves on offer let you choose red, black, or full fleck, I believe you will be impressed and happy with these girls. Welcome to the 1st annual Sandy Hills Simmentals Bull & Female sale. It is with great pleasure that we are working with Mike on this inaugural event. The bulls on offer are the right kind. Stout, hairy, thick, easy doing bulls with excellent feet and a tremendous amount of muscle and middle. These bulls are backed by breed leading pedigrees and are guaranteed 100% so please bid and buy with the upmost of confidence. The bulls are bred and developed to go out and work with the commercial man in mind. Being backed by great mother cows and some of the best sires in the Simmental breed there is absolutely no guess work. The females on offer were selected right off the top of Mikes bred an open heifer pens. Quality has not been held back one bit. You will also see some very interesting, rare and exciting semen and embryo lots in the back of your catalogue. Also on offer is 30 open commercial replacement heifers from Clear Lake Colony. These are simply some of the best commercial heifers you are going to find and you will have to wear out a brand new pickup to prove me otherwise. The owners, First Class Cattle Marketing and sale staff have the right to refuse bids from anyone who has a previous record of default in payment and/or who has not made prior credit arrangements prior to the sale with the owners and/or Sale Management.

HEALTH It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. First Class Cattle Marketing assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale. ACCIDENTS Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the Sale Management, auctioneer, or Association assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both. Resale of animals following purchase in this sale shall constitute a separate transaction and the rights and the terms and conditions of this sale do not cover obligations of the two parties connected thereto. First Class Cattle Marketing IS AGENT ONLY It is clearly understood that First Class Cattle Marketing acts only as agent between buyer and seller and is not in any way responsible for any failure by either party to live up to his or her obligations. First Class Cattle Marketing does not assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of monies by either parties, and in exceptional case, any legal action will be between buyer and seller. First Class Cattle Marketing Ltd has no ownership of the facility and assumes no responsibility for the operation of said facility.
