Ashok Gehlot has approved a financial proposal of Rs 16 crore for strengthening and road widening of Tonk-Bundi-Keshoraipatan State Highway. With the approval of the proposal, strengthening and development work can be done of the State Highway-34. This decision of Chief Minister will facilitate the movement of local people.

It is noteworthy that approval was granted for length of work of 48.7 km of which 30 km has been completed. The remaining 18.7 km stretch of the highway could not be completed due to the road passing through wildlife region. This approval has been given by CM Gehlot for the devel-

Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the proposal to establish a temporary office of Additional Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department at Banswara for smooth and timely implementation of various water projects in the state. According to the proposal, out of 5 news offices and 20 divisional offices currently functioning under Udaipur division, 2 news offices and 9 divisional offices will be brought under the proposed office. This approval will remain effective till March 31, 2024 and a decision may be taken in due course to extend the period based on the volume of works. With this approval, various budget announcements and projects of the State government related to Banswara district can be implemented in a timely manner.

CM GEHLOT SANCTIONS RS 53.22 CRORE FOR WIDENING JALORE-BAGRA ROAD

Jaipur: The State government is continuously working to develop high quality and well-planned road infrastructure in the region. In this order, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved the financial proposal of 53.22 crore rupees for widening Jalore-Bagra road. According to the proposal, 18 km road from Jalore to Bagra, will be divided into 4 lanes and a divider will be created. Increasing the width of this road will facilitate traffic on the road. This construction work is part of Jalore-Ramsin-Jasvantpura-Revdar BOT road project.

It is noteworthy that CM Gehlot had announced to make Jalore-Bagra road 4 lane, in the implementation of which the said approval has been given.

Congress announces District Exec Committees in 4 dists

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Congress has declared District Executive Committees in four districts of Rajasthan namelyJodhpur, Jhalawar, Alwar and Baran. In Alwar, 15 V-Ps, 20 Gen Secys and 30 Secretaries have been appointed. GS Dotasara has announced 77 new Mandal Presidents of State. Similarly, in Jodhpur South, one General Secretary, one Treasurer, 15 Vice- Presidents, 20 General Secretaries, 30 Secretaries, two Spokespersons and two Social Media in-charges have been appointed.
