R ajya Sabha MP Kirodi Lal Meena once again reached the ED office in Jaipur on Friday. During his meeting with ED officials on Friday, the MP handed over the complaint demanding action in the matter related to the investment of about Rs 100 cr by Mauritius shell company in Hotel Fairmount. After that investment was made in Fairmont through a shell company,” Meena alleged. Dr Kirodi Meena said that Dr. Narendra Singh, Hitesh Biyani and Yuk Latin Kick invested money from Mauritius. He also demanded to get mater investigated by SOG.
Ajmer: Enforcement Directorate, Jaipur gave notice to RPSC chairman Sanjay Kumar Shrotriya in the paper leak case.
MLA Vasudev Devnani allegedly said an unbiased investigation cannot be expected from SOG. “The SOG has not interrogated the RPSC chairman yet. The ED has, however, given notice to further the investigation,” he said.
ED SUMMONS 23 PEOPLE IN PAPER LEAK CASE, PREPARES ‘QUESTION PAPER’ FOR ACCUSED
ED’s Headquarters has summoned 23 people including RPSC Chairman Sanjay Shrotriya and Member Babulal Katara for questioning at different times. For this, the ED has issued notices to them. ED team from Delhi has almost completed the probe of the seized documents so far. Sources said that Shotriya was served notice earlier but he will not go to record his statement. There is a possibility that the chairman will give a statement to the ED officials in the RPSC office itself. ED officials would place a paper in front of those who have been called to the ED headquarters for questioning. There are some questions written in the paper, which are related to the investigation of paper leak. The person coming for questioning will have to write the answers to these questions.
RPSC paper leak mastermind Bhupendra Saran’s girlfriend, Priyanka Vishnoi, has filed a petition in Rajasthan HC challenging cancellation of her selection in the PTI recruitment examination. The petitioner has filed petition against RSMSSB stating that there is no allegation of a paper leak on her. “Neither the paper of the PTI recruitment exam was leaked nor any FIR has been registered against her. It is completely unfair to cancel my selection based,” she stated.
