Helicopter joyrides begin in Jaipur

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation started joyrides on choppers in Jaipur on Friday. Tourists will be able to enjoy the beauty of Jaipur through these helicopters. For a 5-minute ride, they would be charged Rs 5000 and Rs 15,000 for 15 minutes. The helicopter ride started from the helipad at Shiv Vilas Hotel, Kukas. T he Khatipura Railway Station situated on the outskirts of Jaipur will become fully operational from April. The North-Western Railway has developed Khatipura Railway Station as an alternative station to Jaipur Junction owing to increasing rush at Jaipur Junction. Six platforms have been constructed at the railway station and from now, a few trains will originate and terminate from Khatipura Railway Station.
