P CM Shivraj S Chouhan was seen offering help to accident victims in Bhopal on Saturday. The video showed a car that had turned turtle on the road, while the occupants were on the road. The CM reached the spot and enquired about the condition of victims. He also asked officials to transfer the victims to hospital and to provide any other help.

Health Secretary Dr Rajesh Kumar said that the Health Department has made complete preparations. “Guidelines ie SOP have been issued for the journey. Travellers have been suggested to acclimatize their body to the mountain weather during the journey. If you facing difficulty then rest for some time and then travel,” he said.

New Delhi (ANI): Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday vacated his official bungalow and said that he is ready to pay any price for speaking she truth.

The move comes after the disqualification of the former Lok Sabha MP. Rahul Gandhi said the government bungalow located at Tughlaq Lane was given to him by people of the country and he had stayed there for 19 years.

Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and KC Venugopal were present as he handed over the keys to his official bungalow.

"People of Hindustan gave me this house for 19 years, I want to thank them. It's the price for speaking the truth. I am ready to pay any price for speaking the truth. For some days I will be staying at 10 Janpath," said Rahul Gandhi.

"I'll stay at 10 Janpath for some time, then we'll figure out something," he said when asked where he will go now. Sonia Gandhi presently lives at 10 Janpath.

Priyanka Gandhi also echoed Rahul Gandhi's sentiment when she stated that her brother was suffering as he had spoken the truth.

Srinagar (ANI): Disaster Management Authority on Saturday issued an avalanche warning for 6 districts during next 24 hours. “Avalanche is likely to occur above 2500 to 3200 metres above sea level over Kishtwar, Doda, Poonch, Ramban, Ganderbal & Kupwara districts in the next 24 hours,” the official statement said.

No heatwave condition over most of India for next 5 days, says IMD

New Delhi (PTI): The India Meteorological Department on Saturday said most parts of India will have a sigh of relief for the next five days from the searing heatwave conditions that had rattled people this week. It said a cyclonic circulation lies over northwest Madhya Pradesh and another over interior Tamil Nadu. A trough of relatively low pressure runs from northwest Madhya Pradesh to south Tamil Nadu across Telangana. Pri- vate forecaster Skymet Weather added another trough extends from northeast Bihar to Odisha via Jharkhand.

Weather experts say a trough usually brings cloudy conditions and rain, leading to a drop in temperatures.
