Jaipur: Keeping in view the possibilities of eco-tourism in the Dausa district, CM Ashok Gehlot has given financial approval of Rs 3 crore for the development of Neelkanth Biodiverse Forest and Khan Bhankri Eco Park in the district. Also, new local employment opportunities will be created. Rs 54.25 lakh was earlier sanctioned for both works by the Finance Department.Wildlife conservation, tourist facilities, & environmental awareness will be done in Neelkanth Biodiverse Forest. Various works including a walking track, eco huts, water facility, chairs, watch tower, en- try gate, signage, talai in wildlife conservation, anicut, and plantation will be done in tourist facilities.

This forest block of Dausa has a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna. The flora consists of Salar, Khirni, Gular, Bill Patra, Gundi, Cirrus, Palas, Dhaunk, & many trees. Vajradanti, Satavar, Arni, Thor, Harsingar, Morpankhi, and others are present in herbs.Wildlife includes leopard, hyena, jackal, nilgai, wild boar, patago, mongoose, snake, peacock, & others. A walking trek will be made, and boating is also possible. Khan Bhankari Eco Park is located just 300 meters away from Dausa District Collectorate. There will be various works including a walking track, garden work, fencing, wall, & office building.

Minor girl dies by suicide in Central Univ

A 17-year-old girl studying in the Central University of Rajasthan allegedly committed suicide on Friday night by hanging herself from the roof of her hostel room, police said.

Police informed the deceased, Sonali, was a student of MSc. Microbiology in Central University. “Sonali was a resident of the Tonk district who had taken admission to the hostel on January 1 and was resid- ing in Block 4. On Friday evening, Sonali stayed back in her room while the other girls left to have dinner. At around 8 pm, Sonali hanged herself and ended her life,” police said. the Rajasthan federation. Federation’s Anil Chaudhary also said that the information about suspending the Rajasthan Volleyball Association is misleading. Now, there are reports that the volleyball associations of the country & the state are in dispute. The Indian Olympic Association also considers the Volleyball Federation of India controversial.

“When other girls reached outside her room & knocked on her door, she did not respond. Later, the girls spotted her hanging from the roof and alerted the varsity administration. The reason behind her suicide is yet to be ascertained & the case is being probed,” police added.
