MARKET UPDATE 2nd QUARTER Welcome to First National Paradise Points 2nd quarter market update report. The market has changed dramatically in the last year and with so many locals wanting information on how this effects them and their investments we decided to compile this report to help the residents in our local area keep up to date with the current market conditions.
The past quarter has seen considerable activity in the Northern Gold Coast real estate market. Buyer activity has been on the increase with auction clearance rates reflecting a definite improvement in buyer sentiment. General traffic through open for inspections has also been on the rise and should continue to do so as we enter the Gold Coasts traditional Real Estate busy season of Spring.
With the Spring season comes the annual flood of new stock to the marketplace so investors should definitely keep an eye on the market as your next investment property could be just around the corner and with housing affordability at the best it has been for 7 years, Gold Coast properties are representing fantastic buying in the current market.
