An Experienced Team with a Deep Knowledge Base and a Track Record of Success

JAMES A. BATES, CPESC, CPSWQ–Principal Jim’s background in ecology and 30+ years in environmental analyses includes wetlands, wildlife, and vegetation assessment studies for site development and management. With over 10 years of management experience, he understands the process and oversees your path to success.

STEPHEN V. CACKOWSKI–Senior Environmental Scientist/ SWPPP Inspector In 40+ years, Steve has conducted over 800 Environmental Site Assessments. He has led inspections for the presence of asbestos, lead based paint, mold, and for OSHA compliance. His work as a Senior Environmental Scientist and SWPPP Inspector includes projects for clients including Chapin Estates, NASA, and the U.S. Department of Defense.

BRUCE R. FRIEDMANN–Senior Environmental Scientist Bruce has over 40 years of experience in ecological studies and has a background in Zoology, Marine Science and Engineering. He has local, regional and international experience along with an industrial background that includes aquaculture and wastewater treatment. Bruce is an expert in collecting and interpreting field data and integrating it into applications.

KENDRA J. LINTER–Senior Planner/Project Manager Kendra is an urban planner with degrees in environmental science and forest biology. She has over 15 years of experience in land use, environmental science, and comprehensive planning throughout New York State and Connecticut. As senior planner and project manager, Kendra shepherds your project supervising SEQRA and NEPA documentation.

JAMES STANLEY–Graphic Designer Jim has a Bachelors in Geology and is trained in the latest graphic design software. He provides all visual communications for Ecological Analysis. Jim provides the visual support and impact for proposals and presentations through architectural visualizations, construction simulations, and pre and post-development photo simulations.

CAROLE DAVIDOWSKI-CACKOWSKI–Environmental Scientist/ Permitting/Administrative Assistant Carole has a degree in Biology with an emphasis in Fisheries and over 35 years of experience in the environmental business. Carole handles permitting and provides administrative support to clients and staff.
