HELP US KEEP FISHERS BEAUTIFUL Saturday, April 25 | 8 AM - 1 PM The city’s largest annual day of service, Keep Fishers Beautiful (KFB), returns to unite Fishers residents in a day of community cleanup. This event offers diverse volunteer opportunities for residents of all ages, including:

SPRING SERVICE DAY AT RITCHEY WOODS Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve needs you! Help us protect the park’s native wildflowers from invasive plant species.

GROUP VOLUNTEER PROJECTS Several park clean up opportunities are available for companies, organizations, and civic groups.

NEIGHBORHOOD BLITZ BOXES Fishers neighborhoods can beautify their common spaces and facades through the Blitz Box program, which includes a small supply of gloves, garbage bags, and the use of a 30- yard dumpster. Applications are accepted year-round.

FISHERS WEED WRANGLE Saturday, May 2 | 9 AM - Noon | Cheeney Creek Natural Area New this year - the Weed Wrangle® is coming to Fishers! This national volunteer event helps control invasive plants that are negatively impacting public parks, green spaces, and natural areas. The program also helps to support Hamilton County’s new Cooperative Invasive Species Management Area (CISMA) that works to combat invasive species spreading across the landscape.

Kick off this community initiative and join us to help rid Cheeney Creek Nature Area of the common and invasive garlic mustard plant. Learn more about this event when you visit playfishers.com/KFB.
