SOLUS DECOR: Fire And Water

At Solus we design, manufacture, certify and produce all our products in house in our founding location in Vancouver, Canada. Our fire and water features are made from high performance concrete that is the perfect material for all climates, extreme heat in beach locations or snow and ice in the mountains. You can find a Solus fire bowl at the Hotel Le Toiny in St Barths, Caldera House in Jackson Hole Mountain resort, United States, Lakeside Hotel and Spa at Lake Windemere in the UK and in the Champagne region of France at the Royal Champagne Hotel and Resort. Whatever your location our products create the finishing touch to any outdoor living space in both commercial and residential settings.

We have had the great fortune to work with many fantastic designers both in the UK and around the world, with our offices in the UK, Canada, and Spain. We work hand in hand with both designers and homeowners during the planning and buying process to ensure they get the right product for both location and lifestyle. Solus fire pits have the option to work with mains gas, LPG and Biofuel making them truly flexible for any outdoor space.

Many of our new products are also based on feedback from existing clients such as the Pacific Rim; our first combined fire and water feature. This idea stemmed from those lacking in space but wanting the option of both fire and water in their outdoor space and thus the Pacific Rim was born. The same is true of our new Tavolo fire table. Many of our clients were looking for something that provided a table and fire at the same time in an outdoor seating area; the Tavolo does exactly that with the fire offset allowing you feature to an existing garden design. There is no complex pipework required you can simply plug and play. The water dome was featured in the wellness garden designed by Nicky Hollier of Border in a Box at Chelsea Flower Show in 2022. Solus have established a good history with the RHS Flower Shows having exhibited at the show since 2016 and our products been featured in award winning show gardens including Rosemary Coldstream at Hampton Court and Leon Davis at RHS Tatton. Solus water features are very popular with garden designers, particularly the water dome and much of this due to the plug and play style of the dome. The water dome is a self-circulating water feature making it a more sustainable option while also giving added flexibility for those wishing to add a water

Your picnic will be available for collection from the East Front Gardens where you can enjoy your scrumptious spread in the regal surroundings before taking your seat in Base Court for the evening’s performance. So, relax and soak up the pre-concert atmosphere while indulging in seasonal mouth-watering food from leading artisan producers across the British Isles, winners of Great Taste Awards, World Cheese Awards, and holders of A Royal Warrant.
