Bill’s St Albans shakes up the summer menu with Tacos and Tequila cocktail specials

This summer, Bill’s St Albans have a bunch of sizzling summer specials on offer, bound to heat up your summer. The new Taco ‘Bout It and Tequila Me Softly menus are packed with the equally tempting and tasty taco plates and tequila-fuelled cocktails, perfect for kicking off a summer of fun.

Choose from three flavoursome taco plate options of; Spicy Pulled BBQ Brisket served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes, or Buttermilk Fried Chicken served with spicy taco mayo & chilli flakes or Roast Squash & Feta (vegan option available) served with basil & lime mayo. Each Taco plate portion is £12 each, which includes three Taco’s with the same fillings, providing the ultimate taco of the town this summer.

The Tequila Me Softly cocktail happy hour deal of 2 for £12 is available on any of the cocktails on the menu. Guests can choose from the Arctic Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata, shaken with blue curacao and a twist of orange, the Picante Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata served over ice with fresh citrus & spicy chilli rim, Pink Melonade Margarita with Olmeca Altos Plata shaken with strawberry, watermelon & fresh citrus, Mexican Lime Cooler with Olmeca Altos Plata stirred with Mexican Lime Soda & fresh lime, or Pink Grapefruit & Rosemary Paloma with Olmeca Altos Plata stirred with Pink Grapefruit Soda, fresh lime & rosemary.
