Fore / Adventure - Kayak, Fish, Forage & Feast
Our trusty kayaks allow us to access the stunning Jurassic coastline for a journey into the wild. The wonderful creeks and islands of Poole Harbour and the chalky stacks of Old Harry Rocks are host to a whole array of wild edibles. Hop aboard a Fore adventure to source your supper with us by kayaking, fishing and foraging for the ingredients you need We happen to have some pretty nifty kayak fishing instructors on the team so you’re in the best hands to try and catch your lunch or dinner. We’ll be fishing off the kayaks using handlines for delicious fresh fish such as black bream, seabass and mackerel. We will pause along the way to identify and collect edible plants and seaweeds to go with any catch we may be lucky enough to hook! On our return back to base we will scour the shoreline & show you more tasty morsels before heading to our seaside pavillion for a wild cooking session to cook up your fishy feast (don’t worry if the sea gods aren’t on side we have plenty of fish to fry on stand by).
