Quest Estates build a variety of homes, ranging from cleverly designed two bedroom bungalows, to seven bedroom luxury houses. The quality is exceptional across each project. The most recent scheme presents four stunning new homes in Iwerne Minster, a beautiful village in north Dorset. It was designed by award winning architects Anders Roberts Cheer.

Unlike most developers, Quest Estates don’t use main contractors to build their homes, instead they employ carefully chosen tradespeople to ensure the best quality of build. Their carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators have to meet exacting standards to meet the required finish and quality. Head of this team is Simon Light, with an enviable industry reputation for quality craftmanship and eye for detail.

Quest Estates deliberately limit their choices of locations to only the most prestigious roads or villages. In the next 18 months they will be working in Avon Castle, Burley and a desirable road within Lower Parkstone.

Finally Quest Estates offer a bespoke tailoring services for those clients that purchase off-plan. Buyers can tailor their new home to their choices, including kitchens and bathrooms, colour schemes, panelling, coffered ceiling, and garden design.
