INTRODUCING CHEF JPS: Bringing Fine Dining to your dinner party

Imagine hosting an elegant dinner party, in your own home, that is effortless! What’s not to love! No stress over the prep, cooking or cleaning up. Pure enjoyment and fun, relaxing with friends. This dream can become a reality.

Some of the best parties are happening in Dorset this summer with professional Chef James Palmer-Snellin who specialises in creating delicious fine dining food.

The professionalism and straightforward ‘likeableness’ of this young entrepreneur is a shining example of homegrown success!

James Palmer-Snellin gives us some insight into how he connected with his passion. “Having grown up on a local farm I have a true appreciation for the effort and dedication involved in growing and preparing fantastic food. This fascination continued to grow, leading me to pursue my passion for cooking as a career.”

“The lightbulb moment for me occurred in my cookery classroom at secondary school.

Bringing ingredients together to create something delicious, it all fell into place. At the age of 17, I enrolled at the prestigious White Pepper Chef Academy & Cookery School.”

“4 incredible months later I achieved my Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts culinary qualification with distinction! The mentoring and knowledge of highly acclaimed chef and entrepreneur Luke Stuart and the expertise of ex-Michelin star chef Mark Treasure perfected my culinary techniques. Their professional training developed a hidden talent and unlocked my potential to find my place in the world.”

“I have worked at Le Petit Prince creating indulgent patisserie, The highly respected Priory Hotel in Wareham and now run the kitchen at Sculpture by the Lakes! “

“If you would like to know more about how I can turn amazing Dorset produce into culinary art for you, and your friends, all you need to do is scan the QR code or check out the ChefJPS website.”
