Simple steps to help you run a session with ease. Follow these instructions and enjoy a hassle-free run club. Your students will thank you with each lap they complete!

1. Mark course boundaries using flags or cones.

2. Position EZ Scan Stands at the stop/finish line. Spread them out so scanning isn’t duplicated.

3. Hand out QR Cards or Slap Band to participants.

4. Complete the pre-run sync. Press Sync Now on all scanning devices while connected to the internet.

5. Start the session on the app by selecting your course and program.

6. Let the kids run!

Our QR Cards are made of durable plastic, so your students can use them over and over again. Each card can be printed with:

Want to order our plastic tokens in a single color instead of a standard mix? No problem! Just be sure to add the appropriate surcharge (see prices at right). For a full list of all colors available for a given product, see the product’s page on our website. Only one color is allowed per bag size.

Want to order our plastic tokens in a single color instead of a standard mix? No problem! Just be sure to add the appropriate surcharge (see prices at right). For a full list of all colors available for a given product, see the product’s page on our website. Only one color is allowed per bag size.

Special color surcharges are capped at $20 per order. Any special color surcharges in excess of $20 are waived. Allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of orders containing single color specials. There is no extra charge for single color specials of all products in the School Spirit section (p. 34-35).
