CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FAT-BURNING MILKSHAKE Smoothies are a great, easy way to supplement your diet. Sometimes it is easy to assume they are just packed with sugar and unhealthy. Yet there is good news. There are loads of smoothie recipes out there which are actually high protein, high fibre and low carbs. Believe it or not, this recipe is actually a fat BURNING milkshake.

Ingredients: •2 scoops Low Carb Chocolate Protein Mix •1 cup of unsweetened almond milk •2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter •1/2 of a banana (optional) •1 tbsp of pure cocoa powder (optional) • stevia (to taste) •5 ice cubes Directions: It’s simple…Put all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Now that’s what I call a fat-burning treat!
