METHOD Site surveys were undertaken by a team of Landscape Architects, Heritage Consultants and Transport Planners between the end of August 2019 and early September 2019. The surveys were undertaken between 9am and 6pm on a typical weekday (Monday to Thursday) and a Saturday. The surveyors undertook a high level pedestrian movement and transport assessment of Charlotte Street, Fitzroy Street and Warren The observations recorded in this report are based on the conditions at the time of survey and it is recommended that more detailed studies should be carried out to inform detailed design proposals going forward.
