Whiskey of the Month

As we head into the busy holiday season, I want to thank you for your unwavering support of the Club. I also want to thank my hard-working staff for their tireless efforts. This dedicated team makes me very proud. Despite the ups and downs we’ve all faced this year, my team rises to the challenge every day! While we won’t be hosting our traditional Thanksgiving Feast this year, we are offering a Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go menu (see next page) with your choice of two packages plus a bottle of wine to enjoy with your dinner.

This information was sent out via email but we wanted to include it in this issue to ensure all members are aware of this important information. WINE WEDNESDAYS

Throughout 2020, in an effort to lighten the burden that came with meeting food and beverage minimums, the Club made the decision to postpone these requirements and allow any remaining balance to carry over to the forthcoming quarter. This policy will continue through this year; however, any remaining unspent minimum balance needs to be spent by the end of 2020 or fourth quarter, depending on your type of membership and last name.

Annual Social & Annual Dining Members

Members have a quarterly food and beverage minimum which needs to be spent by the end of business on December 31, 2020.

Full Golf & Sechrest Members

Members have a quarterly food and beverage minimum, based on the last name of the primary member, which must be spent by the end of business on the following dates: Last name A-G: December 31, 2020 Last name H-N: January 31, 2021 Last name O-Z: February 28, 2021 By offering our proactive communication, we hope this will allow you time to make a plan to use your minimum. You’ll find your unspent minimum on your monthly statement. As a reminder, only the net price of food and/or beverage applies to your minimum, not including tax or service fee. All food and/or beverages purchased for in-Club dining or take-out service applies your minimum (and make great holiday gifts). The Club plans to hold our annual Wine & Spirits Sale (virtually) in November, offering yet another opportunity for you to spend your minimum.
