As the golfing season slows over the next several weeks, the Golf Course Maintenance team continues to work hard behind the scenes. At the time of writing this, we were well into overseeding all of the roughs, greens surrounds and other high-profile areas. The picture below shows several pieces of equipment we use for this process.

The team has also been working on sodding many areas throughout the course. If you have not read the recent edition of QuarterlyINSIGHT, please reach out and I’d be happy to forward you a copy, or swing by the Golf Shop to pick one up. The report has a lot of information regarding the sod work recently completed.

Ballmarks … just another gentle reminder to please fix your ballmark and even one other. Please see the diagram below on the proper technique. I’m always happy to meet individually or as a group on this simple, yet effective way to help keep our putting surfaces in great shape!
