Select the menu option that reads Restart with Add-ons Disabled:

A small pop up box will appear and ask you whether you want to Start in Safe Mode or Reset Firefox. Then click on the option Reset Firefox :

To restore your Firefox to its original settings follow the onscreen procedure:


In Internet explorer: 1. Close all Internet Explorer those are currently open. 2. Now, open the Internet Explorer. 3. Click on Tools menu, and then select the Internet options. 4. Tap or click on the Advanced tab from the Internet Options window. 5. And then click on Reset.

Step 3: Disable and Enable the network connection •

From the Control Panel go to the Network and Internet Connection,

Then click on Network and Sharing Center,

After that click on Manage network connections.

Then right-click on the network adapter,

To disable the network adapter, click on Disable.

And then again right click on the Network adapter and click on enable to enable the network.

If still the error exist then update, your network driver.



Step 4: Check your proxy server settings •

On Internet Explorer you have to disable the proxy server.

You have to press the Windows and R button at the same time from the keyboard.

Then the Run dialog box would open, and then type inetcpl.cpl and press enter.

Select the connections tab, and then select LAN settings button.

And check whether the proxy settings are okay.
